by Kinan Faham on May.03, 2010, under Walking, photography

A few street photos in the big apple on Saturday and Sunday around Columbus Circle and Central Park.

I wanted to capture a few photos for New England Oddities Scavenger Hunt May 2010 Collection & ended up submitting the following: Anger, Youth and Flowers!

The Sky Was Glorious For A Moment, Central Park

by Kinan Faham on Apr.22, 2010, under Flowers, Nature, Parks, Walking, photography

Last Sunday we had an unusually blue sky all over the place. It looked especially dramatic around the reservoir of Central Park.

Seventy Degrees Fahrenheit: Central Park

by Kinan Faham on Mar.23, 2010, under Parks, meetup, photography

This was a walk in Central Park with NYC Brainiacs. It was the first time in a few months that we get a moderate temperature without wind, rain or snow!

Lawrence showed an interest in the species found in the park and we passed quite a number of musicians playing solo or in groups on our way…

Here is to a glowing Spring..

Do you see what I see?

by Kinan Faham on Sep.15, 2009, under Parks, photography

This is another NY series of outings with different meetup groups. They took place this last weekend. The first gallery involves discovering Central park(the northern part of it) and the second took place around East side the next day.

You could see the difference between grey and blue skies. Couldn’t you?

  • The Silent Camera

Always fascinated by the odds of the world we live in, I keep my camera at close range all the time just to capture anything my eyes see and like.

This blog will document journeys to places unknown(to this fella at least) and show you around through his eyes.

My long term goal is to visit all of the 392 national parks in the United States and hopefully many more interesting places.

I hope you like how I see our world.

Feel free to send me your shouts & murmurs either by leaving a comment or through the contact page.

    Ciao!
