A walk around Roosevelt Island last weekend. Stitching the panoramic photos took a good deal of time!

Walking Down The Memory Lane
This was a hike(or walk in the woods) with the Hartford Area Hiking Meetup group. The trail we took is called "Indian Council Caves Trail" and is located in Barkhamsted, CT. It got its name because of its glacier boulders(towards the end of the video clip) with cave-like pockets. Many native american artifacts have been found around the area but it is debated if it was used for council meetings. Most of the pictures show the typical New England Summer where green is the color of the day.
On & Off The Avenue
A few street photos in the big apple on Saturday and Sunday around Columbus Circle and Central Park.
I wanted to capture a few photos for New England Oddities Scavenger Hunt May 2010 Collection & ended up submitting the following: Anger, Youth and Flowers!
Luney, April edition
It is April’s full moon. It awakens the luney lying underneath one’s skin and unleashes the shutterbug.
The photos in this post were taken in Old Saybrook’s causeway(Bridge street) a little before midnight yesterday. You’ll also see a few pictures taken in the AM hours around Ferry Road while some maintenance crews were cleaning up the docks of “Between the Bridges” marina.
The Sky Was Glorious For A Moment, City Island
More clouds seen in the Bronx around City Island last weekend.
The Sky Was Glorious For A Moment, Central Park
Last Sunday we had an unusually blue sky all over the place. It looked especially dramatic around the reservoir of Central Park.
Red Hook, Brooklyn
This was another Brooklyn expedition with NYC Photo Outings group last Saturday. We started at Smith and 9 street Subway Station(F & G) and roamed the streets of Red Hook. I managed to capture some video after the outing where the cloud formations were dramatic and quite fascinating.
Sixty Degrees Fahrenheit: Battery Park & Wall Street
This was an outing with a NYC Photography meetup group. The plan was to shoot the sunset in Battery Park and then head to Wall Street for some Street Photography at night.
From Brooklyn, with Love!
It was sunny, somewhat cold last Saturday when we ascended back to the surface of Atlantic Ave. Regardless, I decided to take a walk around the Ave, Furman Street where some abandoned warehouses are located and then hit The Heights and crossed the bridge to Manhattan. All of the places seen on this walk are featured in a couple of video clips and you can also see some of the still photos taken.
